Review of a FILTHY property
The only thing that was clean was the lobby. The rest of the hotel was FILTHY. Since we had already paid, we didn't feel that we could go elsewhere. The first night, I pulled the bedspread back to find either fecal matter or blood on the underside. I immediately pulled it off the bed and requested a clean one. They picked up the dirty spread, but never provided a clean one. The carpet was several months past time to clean it and the kitchen floor had something on it that was sticky. The bathroom was reasonably clean, but supplies like soap were never replenished. We requested a non-smoking room, but smoke was very noticeable when we entered the room. We had to open the windows to clear it out some. This property was totally unacceptable. I have decided that I will now inspect a room before we agree to accept it. However that is of little consequence if we have no recourse through your company. Please reply and tell me what is Orbitz's policy if we book through your company and encounter a similar problem.

Kind of a dump
Stayed at the motel for 2 nights over the weekend. The hallway floors were very dirty. The exit door would only open if you gave it a really hard shove. The rooms were musty inside. All the cleaning that was done was superficial. Don't look under the bed or behind the toilet. The price was pretty cheap, but I've stayed in nicer places for a comparable price. They advertized a continental breakfast. There wasn't any, not even coffee,

Needed two beds!!
Rented the room to sleep and get ready to go to the even for the one night that we were there for. I was not happy about the fact that I reserved the room to have two beds, not one Queen size bed. I was told to pay an additoinal $11.00 to up-grade for the two beds!

Perfect !! convenience location
Very convenience location just take walk 5 min to light rail . The room is very clean and also has a kitchen.

TAKE YOUR OWN TOOLS
Toilet stopped up. Shower handle didn't work. Key didn't work after one day. Contracted for daily maid service, didn't get the first day, call required on second day. Front desk,[...], not at all apologetic or helpful. Left a day early and they said, "get a refund from [...].What's to like about this place?

We were on the 3rd floor above the outdoor swimming pool. It was not really warm enough to have the a/c on so we were awakened by folks in the pool at 11:00pm. Loud talking and laughter. We were forced to turn on the a/c to drown out the noise.
