Extended Stay Deluxe Phoenix - Biltmore

It took four tries to get a room. First room, the bathroom had not been cleaned. Second room had a very large cockroach, third room had A/C not working. Front desk was very nice and kept trying to find us a room that would be clean. We ended up leaving and going to a new hotel on the third night.

the ad description did not fit the hotel. The hotel was worn out and nothing updated as furniture, bedding, television, carpet, bathroom.

I would have prefered a room that faced pool side.

Person in the front desk not helpful. Did not have any pans, plates, cups, utensils in the room. Had to wait until the following day to get those.

Upon check in to our room, we were told there would be no housekeeping during our 4-night pre-paid stay, but we could have more towels if need be. That would have been fine had the room been clean to begin with. When we entered our room the conditions were deplorable the bathroom floor and tub had hair on them, there was a towel on the back of the door from a previous guest, the trash cans weren't emptied and food was left in the disposal, refrigerator and drawers. We called the front desk and were told that housekeeping cleaned the room and that management checked it and signed off on it. After much discusion, the front desk clerk agreed to come empty the trash and said we'd have to wait for housekeeping the next day. After two days, housekeeping never arrived and we fought to get out of our stay because of the conditions and lack of cooperation. Also, if you run out of toilet paper, you have to walk to the front desk to get more... they won't bring it to you. I've stayed at other Extended Stays as have my friends, but this was horrible.

Most extended stay have 2-queen bed and a pull-out. But I got only 1-queen and a single pull-out. Rooms need to be more detailed in the offer/listings.

Good business cost effective hotel. Friendly staff. Room clean and nicely efficient, WiFi availability solid. Kitchen good, full size refrig, stove electric eyes, coffee maker, mwave. Very minimal utensils, no dish soap, no shampoo etc without request. Because they service weekly, would be good if they kept extra toilet paper roll in rooms. Overall, good business experience, very cost effective, good location,

Great location-- plenty of necessities in walking distance (and close to the highway too.) I'll be back.

It was very relaxing and peaceful. Didn't have to get out of room early so maids could clean it. There were plenty of linens provided for my extended stay. It was a very quiet and safe location. Front desk lady was very nice.

It just seemed like you had to pay for every little thing. They did not make it apparent at all that there was a continental breakfast or anything of that sort even though later we found out that there was, and staff not very eager to want to go out of their way for you. Beds were as hard as bricks and bedding could have been better also. Ok for an overnight but WOULD NOT stay again and I couldnt see staying there for a longer stay or for business either!!
