ok hotel
My experience was not the greatest ever, but better than average for a budget-wise hotel/motel. I would stay at this hotel again without hesitation.

Could have been better......
The motel was clean, for the most part. One of the cleaning staff took my change off the dresser and when I talked to the front desk they said they could do nothing about it. The only good thing about this motel was they had a hot tub.

I expected the stay to be poor because of previous reviews but it was nice. The staff was personable and accommodating. For others, don't expect there to be a Refrigerator in the room or an iron with ironing board because their upon request only. The room was reasonably clean.

Not Bad, Does what its supposed to.
The Days Inn and Conference Center, was what I expected for the price. Hotel staff helpful and at your beckoned call. Ask and you shall receive. Cleaning service was good, and quick. Left all of my things alone, but did a good job The pool had some leaves in it from the wind, and was plenty cold, almost too cold. it took a few min. of getting used to before you could enjoy. but it was a nice relief during the hot Phoenix days. My complaints are few, The hotel does not post information for their pool hours,(except on the pool) & they don't post when the free breakfast is (not posted anywhere or on their website).I missed breakfast the first day because I didn't know when it was. The breakfast was terrible. Nothing but cereal, bad toast(the bagels were flat and stale), orange juice and awful coffee. Continental breakfasts are supposed to be more, I usually have choices like eggs, sausage or bacon, coffee, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, toast, potatoes, waffles or pancakes. A few choices would be nice next time, and a little pride in what breakfast should be. Other countries take pride in their service, which we had Spanish and French guests at the hotel as well, what are they to think at the cheap American version of service. Overall I had a good stay, Wifi was ok but not great, AC worked good in the room, wish it had a fan only mode just to move some air. never watched TV. But overall the Hotel was worth it. Parking never a problem, hotel central to everything in Phoenix. Staff helpful, Rooms comfortable, Breakfast not so much. Didn't try their restaurant there, looked interesting.

You are close to everything in phoenix with this hotel. Light rail, Bus, shopping centers, food, Downtown, Hospitals, freeways. This hotel may not look its in the upscale neighborhood, but I felt safe and close to everything.

Phoenix
The hotel staff was very friendly and knowledgable. The hotel was clean. The only downfall was that the room was very dirty and outdated. It smelled heavily of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. The contiental breakfast was lighter and less than expected.

Good Deal? Not So Much!
I am a traveling musician and had to unfortunate opportunity to stay in this "Place". Customer service was good but they did give me a room that was already occupied (embarassing for them and I). I was put in the back where there is ample parking but no lighting. The bath tub was horribly dirty and the drain was plugged. The best thing was the toilet, it did flush.

Not bad not good
We went for spring training, the location was good and it was easy to find with GPS. My son got stuck in the elevator. You could tell the Hotel had been around for a while and the matresses you could feel the springs.
