Nice property, tricky entrance
Nice rooms, pool, patio, and fitness center. Small bar and restaurant in the lobby. Deceptive unmarked entrance on McDowell and no entrance on service road for Hwy 101, but I got used to it. Parking in front not always available and entrance from back parking was confusing, as you had to go through the patio and not the door right in front of you.

Perfect Location in Tolleson
We were looking for a central location to visit family and this fit the bill. When we return, we will consider staying here! The only problem, (minor one) is that locating it on GPS is not quite correct... But since we knew our way around, we found it.

Phoenix Trip
The hotel room was clean but had a pungent, sewage smell. I'm not sure what or where that smell came from. Front desk was dismissive and rude (except for one young man at the front desk). I think they were rude because they were short staffed at the front desk and may have been overwhelmed.

Pleasant Stay
We went there for Red's Spring Training and this was pretty close. The price was reasonable compared to others in the area. Was at the the junction of two highways so good access to roads. A number of restaurants within short driving distance. The disadvantage: It is about a 15 minute drive from Downtown Phoenix

Fantastic service

Convenient to Cricket Wireless Pavillion
The staff was friendly and helpful. Made good suggestions for nearby food & shopping and gave good directions. Room was comfortable with simple, modern decor. Free wired and wireless access. Liked the morning coffee service that was available in the lobby. Gave it a five star rating for the convenient location to the Cricket Wireless Pavillion in Phoenix.

Great Phoenix Weekend
We stayed at this fairly new Courtyard by Marriot to attend a concert a Cricket Pavillion which was only about 5 min away! Nice, clean hotel with a great and reasonable breakfast buffet. Our teenagers loved the pool. I would stay there again if I ever had reason to come back to Phoenix.

Weekend Traveler
Great Getaway
I planned a weekend getaway with my boyfriend. The location was great it was easily accessable to all the freeways. I enjoyed time out at the pool. The staff was nice. I was disapointed in a few things. First off the on the hotel's website it doesn't say that it is a non-smoking hotel. I even requested a smoking room. I thought it would atleast have told me this wasn't possible at this hotel. Then when I checked in and went to my room I found out that it was a handi-cap room. I checked in at 4:30 fairly early so I am surprised this was given to me. I was disapointed when I wanted to take a bubble bath but there was no bathtub in my shower it was a standing shower.Then while looking for something to watch on tv as I went to the cable channels half of them didnt have any sound that was annoying. Then that evening I was looking out my room and saw there was a gazebo and there were 10 people out there smoking. I was surprised. Overall it was a nice clean hotel and the staff was friendly. I would stay there again.
