Vacation hideaway in Camelback Corridor

Hotel was under remodel and per their webpage does not speak or talk about it. Arrived at night and due to construction and remodel was extra time to find and get to the front desk/check in area. The staff was young not dressed professional possible due to all the construction again not on the webpage. I was charged $40.00 dollars for possible room items but did not receive a clear answer why and was told I would not be charged but was only a hold on my credit card but was charged. Again upon departure the staff was just not customer service or professional.

the rooms were so nice and clean and welcoming i regretted having to get up so early for work.really wanted to just relax in the newly remodeled room

Noisy and remodeling
I was placed in a room on the 1st floor where remodeling was ongoing, requiring one to walk through plastering and carpet laying or else take an outside trail by the pool. The acoustical insulation was deplorable. Any conversation in the hallway or sound from the parking ares resonated through the room. I could even hear wake up calls in other rooms.

Good place for weekend stay
Hotel is centrally located near shopping complex. So you can easily walk to trader joes or yogurt place if needed. Free, abundant parking was a plus. Room was clean, no fridge or microwave. Gym was small, with two treadmills, two ellipticals, stationary bike and weights. I'd stay here again as it was easy to locate and with a rental car, you don't stay indoors much anyways.

Simple but clean and adequate.
We stay there frequently when we visit relatives in Phoenix due to location. The rooms are adequate and the buffet is good. An upgrade of TVs would be good.

good service and great location
stayed at hotel one month ago and had fabulous breakfast buffet. This time buffet was not included which I didn't know until it was time to eat and was more costly than I was happy with. Otherwise, I was completely satisfied.

Great Value
The Courtyard by Marriott Phoenix Camelback is a an excellent value. The location is ideal and centrally located with easy access to shopping, dining and the freeway The Courtyard is priced well and offers great accomodations. This is also a great property for anyone accompanying a hospital patient. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Phoenix area.

Very nice and quiet.
The motel was centrally located. Chili's was right next door and the mall was about a block. Very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful.
