Drag Boat Party Place.

Everything was in excellent shape throughout the hotel property. The staff treated us very well. The Complimentary Continental Breakfast was more than my party & I had expected, way more than most Hotels we have stayed in across the country. I beleive the one asset they have compaired to others is the shuttle service. We got shuttled to the track, out to dinner, out to some clubs in the area, to the store, where ever we wanted to go. They were very friendly and knowlegable about the area and very helpful. A few of them even had Great personalities. I will be staying at this Hotel again in the future if I go to the Drag Boat Races in Chandler again.!!!! A+A+A+A+

Nello's Pizza Resturaunt. Take the shuttle for dinner then walk over to "The Garage" for a few cocktails with your friends then shuttle back to the Hotel. Also, The Sand Box for Mexican food. Excellent food and atmosphere. (Beach styling)

Housekeeping ruined it!

The hotel was perfect, but the housekeeping group really ruined the experience. One night the room was not made up and required a move to another. I travel lightly and wash my traveling clothes for the next days departure. When returning from a dirty day biking in the desert, and looking forward to the hot tub, my clean drying clothes and swimsuit were gone. Apparently, the housekeeping staff didn't get the word that we did not check out, causing me to miss out on the much needed hot tub and having to travel in dirty dusty clothes. The front desk said they would check with housekeeping (which we knew were gone for the day) and never got back to me.

Clarion Review

My wife, 18-year old son and myself traveled to Phoenix to watch my 21-year old son's college baseball team. We stayed at the Clarion on the recommendation of other parents, and were not disappointed. The rooms were typical hotel rooms, but the amenities were excellent. Full breakfast was served each morning, and dinner was served every night from 5:30 - 8:00, and it also included an OPEN BAR. The hotel was located just a short distance from the main Highway, which was convenient for traveling to several baseball fields in the Phoenix area. We were also just a few miles from a few MLB Spring Training sites, including the Angels site, which we visited. We only spent 3 days in Arizona, but we did manage to visit Scottsdale, which was magnificent. The Phoenix area was beautiful and incredibly clean for a major city. The landscaping around the highway was beautiful, including bridges, and embankments along the road. Being from the Boston area, this is what impressed us most as Boston roads and bridges are filthy and in disrepair.

Easy and Nice

The room and hotel were clean and comfortable. The bed had a topper on the matress that made the typical hotel bed much more comfortable to sleep in. The location was simple and convenient. I like to run in the morning and the area was great for that. The workout room was, at first glance, not very big nor was I thrilled about the equipment, but once I got used to the gear in there I liked it a lot. I liked the breakfasts. Simple, fresh, and better options than I have most days at home. I was able to check my email in the business center with no problem and the staff was very nice.
