Book a room now, before it's too late

Everything was outstanding and a refreshing experience for us! One tip for the Hotel: Polish the trademark (between the pool and Jacuzzi it should sparkle like everything else. My next room is already booked and I will be staying with this hotel again next week.

Disappointed

The staff was pleasant and very helpful. However, having to pay a 20.00 fee (we did not use the phone, nor was there a mini bar for snacks) each day for a service fee disqualifies any discount benefit. So I could have spent 240.00 at a nicer hotel. There was no room service, no bible, no pens or paper to write with and no complimentary breakfast. The snack bar amounted to us choosing a bag of chips out of a basket….I honestly feel cheated. It was not what I expected based on the pictures and advertisements online.

"Not all it's hyped up to be"

The hotel looks great in photos but definitely outdated. Had to change my room 3 times. Wrong room quote, No AC and a leaky roof. Not to mention poor management and very noisy. Not good for business, no business center. Stay somewhere else and visit the restaurant Gallo Blanco. They have good food but drinks are medicore...

misleading

Staff was nice but the hotel was no where near a four star. It was a 2 and a half to a weak three at the most. The hotel is old and out dated. They did try and make it apear modern by adding flat screen TVs but the hotel was really a motel. The whole COSTCO water and snacks you have to get from the desk was something different although between 10PM and 7AM it was free. Nice staff but would not stay there again. It wasnt all that expensive but you are paying a hotel price for a motel.

Hotel Review - Not a good experience

Hotel was very average. Service was below average. Did not serve breakfest until 7:30AM. That is not real business friendly. Front desk staff was not very friendly. Pool area looked very nice.

Not Happy

I did not care for this hotel at all. My room was right above the on-site restaurant. The first night the noise of the dining room was tolerable. However, the second night there was a live band playing until 9pm. I called the front desk to see if I could change rooms and they said I would have to pay for an upgrade! The room was clean but a little run down (there were dings in the walls, the mirror in the bathroom was chipped and the shower wasn't very clean). The hotel looks like it was previously an apartment building. The walls were all concrete and it felt like I was staying in a jail cell. Pros: They didn't make me pay for the third night I had originally booked and the beds were VERY comfortable.
