Nice- a bit off the beaten path

Strange mix of modern and old-school. The bar was nice but a bit small.

Happy family

We had a great 4 night stay at the Clarendon Hotel: comfortable beds, attentive staff, good food, much fun in the pool and relaxation in the hot tub. Cocktails at the pool and dinner on the roof terrace were highlights! Something for everybody in our little family. Pool and roof bar close at 10pm - so a good night of quality sleep was assured. Would definitely go back. Our 10 year old son did not want to leave...

Business Trip

The hotel is a cross between hip and neo-grunge that does not quite make it over the top. The pool area is great. The rooms are adequate. The problem is in the details. There are some exposed bundled wires in the courtyard. The paint color mix in the courtyard is out of balance. The restaurant service is slow. On the other hand, the staff was wonderful and really cared if there was anything at all wrong. This place just needs some attention to detail to make it a 9 instead of a 7.

Wonderful hotel

The hotel stay was great! The room was clean and the toiletries were nice. The pool area was nice but the pool was too cold to swim in and the hot tub didn't seem to work. It was warm, definitely not hot! Only issue. Everything was superb

Just OK

Definitely not a 4 Star Hotel....Skybar lounge is deceiving...Pool is surrounded by building so not much sun. Gallo Blanco is good....not great.

gold mine of a find!

an Independently owned hotel. The staff has amazing customer service! A complimentary wine hour every day, and a free photo booth in the lobby. Me and my teenagers had such a fun weekend at the hotel! Beautifully and uniquely decorated. I don't recommend the Mexican restaurant located within the hotel. we ordered dinner from them the night before and our server was condescending but the food was ok. But we ordered breakfast the next morning and our food order was completely wrong and not very good. But please don't let that reflect against the hotel or the staff of the hotel.
