Unique

The hotel was going through a major renovation project (no front door and new windows for some rooms by the pool). I would not have used the hotel if I had known that information. That is something that the package website should have disclosed. The staff said the pool was closed but customers were using it anyway. The staff was great, very friendly. Due to the renovation, they upgraded us to a larger room. The location was very convenient to downtown and major road ways to get to other parts of the metropolitan area. The problem was the room. It seemed tired with dark colors and paint chipping. The bathroom was tiny with the sink in the bedroom. Also, the air conditioners were very weak.

4th of July relaxation

Good job of remodeling an older hotel but the materials were old and looked dated and over used, like worn shower curtains and the walls looked dirty. The restaurant has great food and a great menu and staff.

Great locations

This is a really good location if you are in town for business in the downtown area. A few blocks from the light rail and also have ample parking. The staff is really friendly and helpful. My only negative is the low water pressure in the shower.

Love this place!

Awesome location with friendly staff, very comfortable beds and we love the pool! The only recommendation I would have is to keep the pool open 24 hours. It would have been amazing to take a dpi once we got back to the hotel after dinner!
