low priced hotel with great hospitality

The stay was okay for the four days stayed. The only problem encountered; small fitness area. Didn't get a chance to work out ... due to limited equipment. Hotel renovation was in progress and was very disturbing along with the noise that could be heard through the door.

This is an average motel in a very noisy location, especially if you have a 2nd floor room facing the street like we did. The ... shower didn't work right and the toilet handle was broken. On a positive side, the staff was friendly and the complementary hot breakfast was very good.

The Best Western InnSuites Phoenix Az was your usual business Inn. The room was very clean, the shower was separate from the ... vanity. It had an iron and ironing board. My room had a king size bed with a pull out bed. Since I was by myself, I had plenty of room. The first thing I wanted when I got there was something to drink. The ice machines were on the first floor and only one on each side of the building. I was on the second floor so I had to go downstairs, walk halfway around the building to get ice. Lighting on the walk ways, stairways, and by the ice machine was very poor. This Inn had only been opened about a year, so I think it needs some adjustments. Oh yes, it had it enimities, but you could only get into them at certain times. The buffet breakfast each morning was good. The location was in a good place for my purpose. They did not have a suttle to the airport and I could have used that service.

The hotel staff was very helpful with arranging taxi service, car rental and shopping. The room was large and well equipped ... with a desk, coffee table, microwave and fridge. The location of the room was not great - i could hear traffic all night and i was right above the bar area. Overall, I would say that this hotel was worth the money.

We stayed at the Best Western Innsuites in Phoenix. We were in Phoenix attending our daughter's wedding and come to find out ... other wedding guests were staying there as well. With the nice big breakfast area we were able to visit with everyone. The pool was a big asset, we had a way to entertain our grandson's till time wedding time! After some long days it was so nice to come back to such a comfortable bed. We would definitely stay there again.

I have an elderly Aunt and Uncle that live in the Terraces, a retirement community, not far from this Best Western on 16th ... and Northern in Phoenix. Another Uncle of mine told me they had also stayed at this Best Western and it was very nice, that is how I came to know about it. It is good to know there is a quality facility for visiting family to stay at yet be close since the retirement facility doesn't have guest accommodations.

WIFI access was good even from the room. There was no Ethernet cable to hook to the interent, so bring your own. Location ... was great for the company I was visiting. I was able to walk to their offices.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. It was nice to be able to eat breakfast every morning at the hotel and not have to ... drive anywhere else. Breakfast included many choices so this appeals to everyone.
