BEST WESTERN PLUS InnSuites Phoenix Hotel & Suites

My husband and I won't return to this hotel. We've stayed at many Best Western Inn & Suites that were maintained much better than this one, which was surprising. First of all, there weren't enough towels, and I felt like I had to beg for more each day. Our toilet was dirty on the inside and wasn't cleaned properly until the 3rd night of our stay. During the middle of the day, there was no hot water at all. The bed was comfortable though, and the room seemed basically clean overall. I will give the hotel props for the breakfast buffet, however. They had a very nice selection of a full breakfast buffet and the food quality was very good.

it was ok but nothing to write home about the location is very good though and it was clean and comfortable but small. the bed was very good though ,better than most under $100.00 bucks a night. i think it was worth what it cost but not anything much higher. but was not displeased with anything at all except there breakfast isnt worth eating.

Very clean and well-maintained hotel. Very friendly staff. Comfortable beds and pillows. Good breakfast options in the morning.

The Jr. Suite room was pretty small and we didn't have hot water. The cable wire was run under the carpet and there was about a one inch gap between the door leading OUTSIDE and the floor. On a positive note, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

We stayed here after 9 hour flight and found it to be clean, comfortable & conveniently located. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was enough to keep us happy until evening meal. The lady in the breakfast room taught us how to make waffles - a first! The pool was a welcome in such high temperatures. Excellent value.

I usually stay at the Hilton Point but my last stay with them was not good and I decided to try Best Western Plus. What a good decision. The location was perfect for me and the staff was very welcoming and gracious. The room included breakfast which was a nice touch. The room was clean and comfortable. The only negative aspect was there are no elevators which means you have to carry luggage up to the second floor. I will definitely stay there again.

Very nice hotel. Bed is very comfortable. Clean and spacious rooms. Couldn't ask for more. pleasant stay.

We wanted a place in Phoenix close to the ball parks and they were all either $200-$300 per night or unavailable. We found this one and felt that it was just as nice at half the price. We were pleasantly surprised that our room had a Jacuzzi as well! We also used the swimming pool and towels were supplied at the pool. I highly recommend this hotel!

I was impressed with the room. it was well decorated and functional. The room was cleaned daily, bed made and towels changed. I was disappointed because I was unable to watch my personal movies. The hotel does not provide DVD in the room. I enjoyed their free breakfast and the happy hour, but I wish they had room service or served lunch and dinner. You have to walk about half a mile or a mile to buy food. Otherwise I was impressed over all.
