Vacate notice
Even though you tell them when you are checking out and pay to stay until that date they require advance written notice or you are subjected to a $45. fine. It felt like they were trying to pull a fast one and get money for nothing. It was the ultimate in no frills, they charge for rolls of tiolet paper and clean the rooms infrequently, with additional charges if you want fresh sheets. Their cheapness was excessive and counterproductive to generating return visits.

Dump
people in room above me walked back and forth all evening and early morning. The beds were very hard, like sleeping on plywood..A/C unit did not seem to work right..Would not recommend to anyone.

built without insolation between flooring ...
I didn't spend much time at the hotel other than to sleep, but the parking lot appeared to be well parked

Good option for a week stay visiting our
We spend our time at with our son and daughter-in-law at their apartment. This is a great option for just sleeping and having our breakfast in the room, cereal etc. Less than 1/2 the price of other motels in the area. No amenities other than large room with kitchen and a sofa bed couch. Have to be willing to stop and buy soap & other necessities. Borrowed coffee maker and dishes from the kids for the week. Only a year old, very clean and in a good area.

Value Place Peoria
I just wanted a clean affordable room in a nice area. This place gave me all that I wanted. It is extremely clean and the security was excellent.
