Value Place is an extended-stay hotel. Our rates are priced for a minimum one week stay, and are not adjusted to a daily rate if the stay is less than one week. When your stay goes into the next week, another weekly rate is charged. However, even though many people decide to stay with us for months, many guests staying less than one week find us less expensive than traditional hotels. Room fees and a 100.00 USD refundable deposit are due at time of arrival. The 100.00 USD deposit is charged upon move in even if the room is placed on a credit card hold. Deposit is refunded at move out pending no damages or owed charges. Front desk hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM, Saturday 10AM-2PM and closed Sunday. After hours move-in must call extension 500 and the security guard will be paged to assist guests. Enjoy your stay in a clean, safe, and economical environment.

Dump

people in room above me walked back and forth all evening and early morning. The beds were very hard, like sleeping on plywood..A/C unit did not seem to work right..Would not recommend to anyone.

Value Place Peoria

Very nice staff. I would stay there again even though the beds are hard but not there fault. Very cheap price which is great for the family.

Good option for a week stay visiting our

We spend our time at with our son and daughter-in-law at their apartment. This is a great option for just sleeping and having our breakfast in the room, cereal etc. Less than 1/2 the price of other motels in the area. No amenities other than large room with kitchen and a sofa bed couch. Have to be willing to stop and buy soap & other necessities. Borrowed coffee maker and dishes from the kids for the week. Only a year old, very clean and in a good area.

Value Place Peoria

I just wanted a clean affordable room in a nice area. This place gave me all that I wanted. It is extremely clean and the security was excellent.
