The room set up was great, the front office staff was very helpful. The breakfast setting was very nice, and the buffet set up provided much less congestion than many other hotel break fast buffets I have participated in.

Firebirds - provided a great atmosphere, a short wait sent off to the bar for drinks, only to choose to stay and enjoy the nearby fireplace. The food was outstanding, highly recommend you try it.

Good Location
Visited relatives & friends while there. This hotel was a central location. Many great restaurants within walking distance. Walked across street to Peoria Sports Complex and watched spring training teams practice. Great mall nearby. Hotel had a good, hot breakfast. All employees were very friendly and helpful. The computer printer was out of order, so the front desk personnel printed out our boarding passes to return home. Hotel is located right next to a busy highway, so if you have a room on the back side, it is a bit noisy, but not real bad. Would certainly stay there again.

Phoenix trip
Had to move to 4 different rooms before a suitable one was found. (shower didn't work, kitchen floor flooded with water, wet carpet) Clearly there was a significant communication problem between houskeeping and front desk staff. We were also asked when we could be absent from our room for several hours so they could shampoo the carpet!! When we refused, staff were rude.

You can't go wrong with all the shopping, dining and hang-outs: Buca di Beppo or In-n-Out, there's something for everyone's appetite.

World Traveler
Simply the Best!
We had a suite--two bedrooms, each off a side of a kitchen-dining-living area. My daughter and I have stayed at another hotel in the immediate area twice. But this Residence Inn was so much better. Two reasons for its excellence: (1) the staff are really professional and perform in exemplary fashion; (2) the design and lay-out of the suite was really terrific with the bedroom separated by the daytime area to create privacy for each of the bedroom areas. I travel extensively throughout the world; and this Residence Inn was the best deal I have yet to experience--a superb hotel at an affordable price.
