Great location
This is a nice hotel is a great location. Very close to shopping and restaurants. The only thing we did not like was the fact that this is a pet friendly hotel, but were we not told that before we got there.

Problems with staff

First Time Visitor to AZ
Very convenient location
My room was very comfortable and clean, and the free breakfast provided a good variety of choices, including freshly-made waffles. The only issue I had was that the hotel advertises that it provides a "fridge" in the room, which is not accurate. What was provided indicated that it kept items "cool and fresh," but not cold or frozen. This was disappointing, since I needed to borrow a cooler to use with ice to keep drinks cold.

The person who booked the room for me,from the live chat,booked me for the night we were talking not the next day. I was listed as a no show. You are charged as a no show. I do not believe I will ever book a room on from this again.

Weekend trip made easy
Plane was delayed,so check-in was late,front desk made it easy.Helped with directions on phone and room was perfect. Good breakfast and the location was great,right next to baseball field and IN N OUT BURGER on corner.Enjoyed it so much I stayed Sunday night at La Quinta Inn on Sand Canyon in Irvine,Ca.

June 2008 family reunion
Everything was good about this hotel except there was a little noise in the room at night from an undetermined source. Fortunately it did not keep me awake. Also there was too much light coming in from the hall around the door.
