Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites PEORIA NORTH - GLENDALE

I was staying one night for the school interview tomorrow. Obviously I was very nervous and was not at ease. However, the hotel was clean and quiet, the front desk person was very kind. I am very satisfied with my stay. The only cons were the noise from the refrigerator and heater that were in that room. At one moment I really wanted to unplug the fridge....but I bore with it. I turned off the heater as it wasn't so cold at night. The hotel also offers free parking and free breakfast in the morning.

It was a good hotel for the value, we usually stay at the Hamptons down the road. But this room was $30 a night cheaper. The breakfast was O.K. the room was O.K. nothing special. Very close to a lot of good restaurants!

The hotel was ordinary. I was expecting it to be walking distance to the many restaurants/bars that are in the area. You definitely have to drive to get to that area; not so much because of distance, but because of location and traffic. It is right off the 101 and convenient to get to different places.

My wife and I spent three days with the staff at the Holiday Inn Express. They were very helpful and attentive. The room was comfortable and we especially like the firm mattress. I got a good nights rest and felt good in the morning.

Hotel was expected to be across the street from stadium, yet miles away. Did not receive loyalty points [...]no big discount either. No microwave or refrigerator in room, as in other HIEs. Elevator out of order one night, no one at desk to talk to at that time then a 4 flight climb up stairs. Breakfast ordinary and out of bacon with no attendant filling trays.

The Hotel was real clean, and close to shopping center. The swiming pool was heated, and not too many people around. Breakfast was well kept, and the complimentary coffee all day long, was good.

Location was excellent for our needs; close to shopping and restaurants. Hotel amenities were great. Friendly and service-oriented staff.

I called to make sure the hotel was close to our appointments, the front desk clerk was awesome! Very professional, and I am very picky, I have worked in the meeting planning business for over 8 years.

Pretty bland breakfast. Bananas were the extent of the fruit for two days. The rest of the food was very "instant". Excersize room apparently had been stripped of all previous gear (photos had indicated a fairly decent amount of equipment). Now all that's left is a lonely treadmil and stationary bike. Tiny pool. Didn't find a hot tub. Same money could have produced more at other places we've stayed in the area.

A second computer with internet/printing access would have been nice, but I was able to get on without too much waiting. The internet connection was really s l o w though.
