Not as good as the pictures made it out to be.

The facility is very run down. The room is as well and the overall cleanliness is not great. It is a cheap hotel. The breakfast was not that good either. There are better places to stay.

Had a blast in Payson

We loved the room and the staff could not have been more friendly or accomodating. I will definitely be staying there again. Great value for a great price.

Great location for the price

The bathroom was a little small, shower was good water nice and hot. balcony had a great view of the thunder and lightning show. It was about 15 minutes to the riding stables. There are several stores local and great places to eat. The pool was a little bit cooler than I wanted. Spent my time in the hot tub. Will stay here again.

Great places to eat nearby. A very nice mexican resturaunt, several bar & grills w/tv for sports to watch.

Nice to have patio

Upgraded to a larger room with micro and fridge. Not sure it was worth it. Basically a mirco sitting on top of a fridge, room was large but no value in the extra space. it was ok. balcony was nice to have.

Only restaurant we found open past 9pm was Chilis. So don't be late!

great area payson

Other than the pool being cooler than the current temperature, it was a great experience. Continental breakfast was above average. Would stay again.
