Fantastic staff

Check in was quick and the staff was very personable. They're pizza came just as I was checking in. They still took the time to explain the parking and the best route to get to my room. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

Not as advertised, not worth the money.

The staff was nice and fairly responsive. The landscaping was pretty. That is where the positives end. The room was very outdated. There were rust spots around the fixtures in the tub. The cabinets were hanging crooked/loose. The carpets had heavy stains in various spots. The decor was nearly what was pictures including the bedding. Outlets were loose and lamp cords/plugs looked very old. Dead bugs on the floor in one room and then after moving to another room there was food on the floor in multiple spots. Trash, including a plastic cup with cigarette butts was left on the private patio. In the suite, even after putting the air at 62 for and hour, the bedroom did not cool off. Only a little over 30 channels on TV to select from. The TV's older tube style, not flat screen. The location of the hotel is not ideal in terms of being right behind a shopping area; some rooms can see the backs of the stpres

Not a resort

We needed a hotel to crash for one night. We decided to give them a try. Rooms are dated and bed skirts were disgusting. We were greeted in our room by a leaky toilet and a cockroach, called reception right away and we're moved to another room. The only positives are Friendly staff and comfy beds. They do charge an $ 18 dollars resort fee.

Expected more from a fancy name

hotel staff (only saw the ones at the front desk and one cleaning lady) was friendly enough. Be prepared to use upper body strength or throw your back out when trying to open the doors. impressive spider web attaching the bed to the lamp luckily the spider was small. Take towels to sit out in the private patios as they are not cleaned and covered with bird poo. Plus watch out for the very large and fast cockroaches so they don't run inside when you open the patio door. Very cheap and corner cutting repairs (failed to hide the rust in tub).

Relaxxing Get Away

We love this place are second stay and will go back. However, starting to see signs of aging or lack of maintenance. As example carpet showed signs of aging and needed to be stretch to remove wringles a tripping hazard. When we arrived a large mall in front of complex was being removed for future development so daily sound of tractors and dust started at 6AM.

Good place for the price.

I stayed here for a night for a business trip. Rooms are very a unique design, clean, and comfortable. Staff were extremely friendly and were willing to help you anyway they could. TV's were outdated and internet is extremely slow but they do have them. The only real negative things about this place is the lay out of the resort is a bit confusing and the maids were ringing the door bell to clean my room just a hair before 9am while I was still getting ready. Otherwise, I had a good experience and would recommend.
