My husband likes a real soft mattress and this one was a bit hard for him. Breakfast was okay for healthy eating. Great place for going in all directions to hiking and sightseeing. Plan on going again next year.
We booked this room for it's location, it's very close to Antelope Canyon. After the sand storm at the canyon we were so gritty that we went across the street from the Roadway Inn to the shopping center and restaurants and had a great mani/pedi to
relax. It was so wonderful! So the location is great and the breakfast was very good.
Better than I expected. Excellent value for the price.
I was looking for the cheapest place I could find in the area and was thinking that I would have to put up with a hotel that was old and cheap. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the rooms here were very new and remodeled and the property was
The paint and carpets were fresh. The room was large with the sink and closet separated from the main room by a walk-around wall. The sheets and towels were better than average quality. Surprisingly, the bath tub wall was marble and so was the large sink counter top.
Breakfast was adequate. Boiled eggs along with the typical cereal choices, toast/jelly, sticky roll, apples and juice. No fresh cream for coffee was a disappointment.
Wifi worked well. Common area was large and newer. Pool was available but I didn't use. No views from here but it was centrally located in this small town and walking distance to the restaurants and Antelope Canyon tours. There were a couple of parking spots large enough for a small boat or PWC. Staff was friendly.
Overall, the value for the money is what made this hotel. I would stay here again.
