Great location

The room was clean, large and in a great location. The continental breakfast was ordinary but everything else was nice. Good places to park a boat.

Not very good

Noy very good. The TV remote was broken, the heater controls didn't work for auto, the room wasn't very clean. The walk in price was less than your online price.

A little tired.

I don't know if this motel has seen better days or not. It's clear this is not a destination hotel, it's a place for people to stay overnight before or after their Lake Powell on-the-water trip. The room was not exactly clean or well maintained, it was serviceable though. The rate was exceptionally high for the low quality of the accommodations. The price speaks of being the only game in town, but there are many places to stay in Page. I wouldn't recommend it unless you can't find anything else.

A lovely place to avoid

their is not enough parking ,they have some real trash living their full time , the restrant was dirty and smelled awful. their version of available internet was a laptop in the lobby on dial up totally unacceptable , the room was dated you could see where their were many repairs to the Sheetrock , huge gaps in the door frame , bad problem with flies in the room ,and their was a odor that permeated everything in the room i could still smell it until i washed everything i had with me

Sightseeing tip: Short drive from hotel

Horseshoe bend is just north on rt 89 well worth the 10 minute hike from the parking area beautifull view of the river , glen canyon dam is very cool just beyond it on the very next left is a side road that takes you to some interesting weathered sandstone formations known as hoodoos its off the path but worth the look
