Great location, I could get to many famous sightseeing spots in AZ & UT, but amenities should be improved more.

Overnight Stay
The staff were friendly but the hotel was very basic. It was clean but outdated. It appeared that they were in the process of remodeling.

Unhappy for that night
Require cleaness and customer care
It is beautiful location right close to amenities. Then, wireless was unavaible for all customers as a note on the front desk indicated it wasn t available with no justifications. Room had two stains on the carpet, the smaller one was still wet as I found out much later walking on it. Bathtub had "p@?$&?" hair and two flies death in it. Toilet had yellow water as in not flushed... And the bed sheet were torn in one corner and did look very old... Overall, very unhappy customer that decided to depart extra early instead of visiting the city and staying another day which I did in Utah...

Where did customer service go.
The office was opened later than posted on check out date. The clerk said she could not provide a receipt that since I used your company I need to contact you. I would have to get a receipt from them. I was on a business trip and even though I booked it on line needed something to show I stayed at the hotel for reimbursement. Room needs attention, simple things, trim coming off walls paint on floor and carpet throughout, light switch missing on lamp between beds. Will not recommend any one stay at this hotel in the future. Should be a one star and not a two star no shampoo, no conditioner just soap and one bath towel for two adults. Pool said open til 10 PM was closed and locked at 9:15 PM.

Drive on by...
No money has been spent on this dump in years. The view out the back window was on the hotel's recycle lot with dismembered refrigerators, AC units, torn matresses, broken furniture. If every other place in town wasn't booked I would have clearly gone elsewhere. Awful! The worst I've ever seen.

Horrid!!!
This room was the dirtiest I have EVER stayed in AND I travel and stay in hotels frequently. Stains EVERYWHERE, including on the bath towel and the furniture. Bugs in the room. HAIR in the bed!!! Advertised internet yet went down and staff brushed it off. I paid over a hundred dollars and yet no clock. It was horrid.

Sure it's budget; but they do it right.
Room was clean, bed comfortable and all of the limited amenities worked as designed. Can't ask any more of a budget room. Staffing seemed limited, as same person was on desk for late afternoon arrival and morning departure. She appeared busy and was slow getting to desk in morning. Pricing may have been typical for holiday weekend but $89 for a budget room was a bit steep for my tastes.
