Not good

What a dump. I had a hard time writing a bad review about this hotel because their wifi was SOOOO terrible. If you're ok with door nobs coming off and duck tape holding fixtures together, this is the place for you. It's cheap, with a decent location. Great for a place to stay while passing through town. Very poorly managed, sad to see as the staff and GM really are trying their best.

Pay a little more and get a lot more somewhere else

We just "needed a bed" for one night before we rented out a houseboat at Lake Powell so we went with the cheapest room price we could find for this reason. However- It would have been well worth paying an extra 30-40 bucks to stay anywhere else. The rooms are not even situated like the photos above. We were in a "motel row"- across the street -behind the "main motel". Continental breakfast is.... juice. Everything was very old and sheets and pillow cases were stained. Should have been like a $40 room rate instead of $90! Pay more and stay somewhere nicer, even if it is just a bed it will be well worth it! This started our big trip off on a very uncomfortable note. I feel the only reason this place is even still in business is because there aren't enough rooms in Page to fit the demand for folks visiting Lake Powell and nearby attractions.

Worst place I ever stayed in US

Hotel in desperate need of renovation. Carper in the room so worn out there are holes showing the cement beneath it. Towels gray and torn beyond recognition. Bathroom cabinets rusty. Bathroom sink had hair from previous guests. Water in the bathtub was not running off fast enough, so I was taking shower with water up to my ankles. For breakfast, they did not even have bagels, just some bread. No cream cheese, no fruit. When asked the staff about milk, they said owner told them not to buy any.

Ideal for one or two nights

I liked it. The check in was without complications. Very nice staff. Room was clean without any strange smell. TV was old, not a flatscreen, lot of TV stasions, A/C didn't cool very well. Large, clean bathroom. Was asking for early breakfast, because we were leaving at 5am. No problem. Very nice stuff, have to say it again. I recomend.

Do not recommend

Hotel was in a good location for our one night stay but would not recommend it. The bath tub had bugs in it and the hand held shower was broken. Also larger bugs in the bedroom.
