Slot Canyon Hikers
Trip to the Slot Canyons
We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel, since we had read conflicting reviews of the hotel. Before reserving the room we knew that the pool was in renovation but had not planned on using it anyway. We rarely eat breakfast so the continental breakfast was not a deal breaker. The hotel was very busy but the staff were very efficient and helpful. It was more than what we needed for the short stay while we visited the slot canyons.

Ask for shampoo and soap when you check in
They do not provide toiletries in the room. You have to go to the front desk and ask for them...hopefully before you jump in the shower. The pool is closed for the month of July.

Nice place, convenient, satisfied in total. Just one thing, our room description when booking was lake view included, but when we arrived we were told that there was no room with lake view left any more, so we had to choose one without lake view

No A/C
We checked in at night and the A/C cooler wasn't working. Just the fan was running. There wasn't anyone in the hotel to help with this.

Good View
Fire alarm was rung when we are there. We didn't know what we should do. Finally other customer told me that toaster was burning in the cafe. There ware no explanation and suggestion from Hotel staff. The Hotel was located on the hill that faced famous dam so you can see a great view from this hotel.
