We spent two evenings at this inn. It was located in the older area of Page which made it walking distance to several places. The staff were very friendly and personable. We spent one morning talking with the manager about his family, etc. The
rooms are adequate in size, but a little crowded with the cabinet holding the fridge and microwave, BUT, we were so happy to have those in our room. It was worth the crowdedness. The rooms were very clean and no offensive odors. The beds were comfortable and we slept very well in them.
The breakfast room was small and crowded. The food was good and served it's purpose. As a note, I do not expect a free hotel breakfast to be overly extravagant. Bagels and boiled eggs with drinks and cereal work fine for our crew.
I arrived at 3:30pm and was told that I was too early to check in. I was asked to sit in the lobby (in front of the reception desk) and they would check me in as soon as possible but was sternly told that check in began at 4pm. I have never had to
wait to check into a room later than 3pm. While I waited in the lobby the 2 receptionists chatted at the front desk and ultimately forgot about me waiting to check in until I approached the desk to ask a question. The receptionists made me feel that customers were an inconvenience. The room was overpriced.
