Cost

You got what you paid for the breakfast was missing basics but there was something to eat. The furniture in the rooms were old and tattered but the bed was comfortable. The room was clean but out dated. Would I stay there again for the reason we were there over night only.

Would not recommend

Breakfast was not stocked and not very good. Pastries were stale. Free internet, but couldn't stay connected. Beds and linen were uncomfortable, stiff and hard. Tub backed up and taps had no pressure.

Spacious Rooms, Nice Atmosphere, Small Bathroom

This was a nice hotel, and I would definitely return. The bed was comfortable and the room was more than spacious. The little kitchen area was very nice, it included a microwave, fridge, coffee pot, and all the necessities. The fridge didn't look like it had been cleaned from the last guest, but I didn't need to use it, so it didn't bother me. The living area was really nice. My only complaint was the lack of water pressure in the shower.

run down hotel, dirty room

asked for nonsmoking and was put in a smoking room that smelled really bad and was VERY dirty. Requested a different room and was told nothing was available that night. They did move us the next day (we stayed 4 nights) and that room was better. It was so dirty we all slept with our clothes and socks on. Nice view of the pool. The pool area was nice. Our plastic glasses weren't replaced at all, and I had to go to the desk to get more.Nor did they replace the coffee packets. One pot per room, per stay I guess. For us the location was ok, but it was in more of a run down area than other parts of Mesa. Very disappointed. Didn't know if maybe they put the people who booked at discount internet sites in less desirable rooms? The breakfast buffet was typical for a continental spread.

Sightseeing tip: Short drive from hotel

Check out the Musical Instrument Museum. Really excellent if you are into musical instruments at all. They had them broken out in rooms by geographic areas of the world. Very cool.

What a dump!!

This place was horrible. Only gave it 1's because it would not let me do 0's. I went by the 3 star rating. What a joke. I guess I should have looked a little closer and actually read some of the reviews. My bad. It was filthy and extremely run down. The couch and chair in my room looked like it was picked up off a curb somewhere. I had booked for 3 nights, but had to cancel the 2nd 2 nights. Just couldn't bring myself to stay. Would have ruined my whole weekend. The girl at the front desk was very helpful in cancelling and did not ask why or seem surprised that I wanted to cancel. Probably used to it. Gonna stick to name brand chains and book directly with them from now on.

Business trip

Old, tired property. Reasonably clean. No receipt available upon check out as hotel desk clerk was ill and no other staff was able to print one. Overpriced.

so so

Average place, nice location. Need to be upgrades, still have tube TV. One staff I have issues with. Got to Mesa early and I have asked if I can check in early. I couldn't due to room not ready, which I understand and fine. I gave the staff my cell number and for her to call me when ready. Well, I didn't get the call. Several hours later we went back to check in, it was my mom and my son. Got the key to the room, opening the room and naked guy in the room yelled at me, his wife scream of fear. Pictured that if you can, walking in on someone. Went to the front desk to tell another staff and she already knew about it since the person I walked in on had just call. She apologize for the mistake, I understand it wasn't her fault, I was another staff that had check someone else into my room and not notify anyone else. So that's my story and experience with this place. I was not compensate or ask for anyway.
