I would have given this motel 1-1/2 stars but that is not an option. It was clean. That may be the only good comment I make. The room had been remodeled partially so there was a lot of empty space. The bathroom was nice except the shower head was
about the right place for a 4 foot tall person.
The bed was not terrible but my back hurt in the morning. The carpet had not been replaced yet and had burn marks in it. The TV was small and cable terrible about 12 channels and many that didn't seem available. The breakfast was a joke: coffee without any liquid creamer or milk, also only sweet and low. There was oj which was good. But otherwise there were some banana nut mini muffins. That was it. They could called it morning snack, but this is FAR FROM A BREAKFAST. There are too many places with good breakfast in the same price range nowadays. The pool looked good although I didn't use. Overall, not somewhere I'd stay again even at the great price you had.
Hotel features (5 = best, 1 = worst):
Short drive from hotel
Waldo's BBQ down the road is great fun and the Superstition Ranch Market is possibly the best, cheapest produce market in America. Both within a mile.
I had booked this hotel room for a couple of nights because of the location to where I needed to be and it was a name that I was familiar with. Unfortunately, it was so grimy and disgusting, that I was tempted to leave several times. I ended up
trying to clean the room myself, but it was extremely difficult. There were fleas in the bedding and carpet. The carpeting had worn holes and burns in it, even though I was supposedly in a non-smoking room.
DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! It needs to remove this as an option. It was so gross. And I prepaid for the entire weekend I tried to stay.although I did not think it was worth our money I tried to stay. Whatever smoke dust germs was in everything
made me sick all night and affected me so badly. I got a severe allergic reaction and now I have an upper respiratory infection from breathing it in all night. The hotel's manager would not work with on giving me a refund or at least partial refund. This actually affected my health. I am very upset and now I am sick...now I wonder if I should even utilize this search engine.what kind of deal am I getting when I as a consumer/customer have no rights.
