great for workers
I live out of town and this hotel was pretty near perfect for me! The location put me 35 min's away from where I work and everything I needed as far as stores concerned were all near by. GREAT THANKS!

This is a Motel, not hotel like it says
The good....quiet at night. Full kitchens. The bad....bathroom needs new toilet seat and the shower was dirty. Sofa sleeper uncomfortable and mattress was dirty and floor underneath not vacuumed in a while. Overall, this is not a "hotel " it is a motel. Tolerable for a night or two and ok for the price. We were in town for Spring Training so we did not stay in room much.

Great value, great location.
Very nice budget hotel. Staff and Management are very friendly, sincere and accommodating. Location is close by to everything one would need/want.

Great value, small furnished kitchens
Went on golfing getaway. Room was good for me with the refrigerator and utinsules provided. shopping close by to buy groceries instead of eating out every morning. For the price was all that I needed.

Not so good
We weren't happy with it. We were told there was a pool and there wasn't. Arizona has a law of no smoking within 25 feet of building entrance, people were smoking right outside their doors. We had a non-smoking room, and it smelt like smoke. They didn't offer cleaning everyday like most hotels do. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Some of the matresses were torn, old and grungie.

Run away, don't stay here.
This motel advertised pool and hot tub. They were not on location. The rooms were filthy. The fridge needed repair work. Couldn't turn the tv volume down. The carpet felt like it hadn't been cleaned in a year. Not a pleasant experience.

layout of room is nice,room not clean
The layout of the romm was nice, i liked having the kitchen. The front desk people were great they were super friendly. The rooms itself could use some general upkeep like paint my ceiling had brown spots looks like from a leak, my blanket on the bed had two holes in it looked like cigerette burns and my bathroom fllor and tub were not cleaned good and my toilet leaked around the bottom. The biggest turnoff for me was the cleaniness of my bathroom.

Short walk from hotel
The hotel was located close to albertsons and big lots which was nice if you need food or snacks. There were also several banks in the area and its was close to a major freeway.
