great location,plenty of stores and restaraunts within walking distance. friendly staff....

Overall, it was good. However, with our special needs of early departure to the airport (no shuttle provided) we missed breakfast and the morning swim. The pool didn't open until 9:00 am and the breakfast wasn't served until 6:30. Would have appreciated earlier times on both of these.

The hotel is located at the rear the Denny's and McDonald's restaurants parking lots. On that side of the hotel, it gets rather noisy about 6 a.m., so if you want to be up early, you'll be fine. On the other side, the mall doesn't open until later. The staff, rooms and amenities were great, especially the complimentary continental breakfast and its attendant. It was supervised, well kept and stocked.

Room had small frig and microwave. There was extra room because it had a couch. Had to ask for a blanket as you got cold because there was no comforter on the bed and the thin blanket they had on the bed between the two sheets was not very long and did not cover you.

Room clean, but breakfast below average. Swimming pool way too small. Located right at the Mall, which surprised me but others may actually like it.

We stayed here for 3 nights recently. We had 3 rooms for our family and were only at the hotel to sleep. The room was clean enough although one couple moved because there was an unpleasant odor in their room. I didn't eat the breakfast offered, but others did. My brother-in-law got sick after eating the breakfast the 2nd day there. Most of the rest of the group ate at the McDonald's next to the hotel. We got a good deal on a hotel website and it met our needs for the purpose of our trip. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from for meals and it is right next to Superstition mall.

I arrived at the hotel at 1 pm, and check in is at 3 pm. Most classy establishments will let you check in if the room is available. When I asked the clerk if I could check in early, he told me that I could not. He also told me if I had booked the reservation thru the their website, I would have been able to check in early. Then he proceeds to sales-pitch me about the early check in. And since I listened to his sales pitch without interrupting, he was going to check me in early, and did. He noted that I had booked thru a 3rd party , and told me I should use their site in the future. If they won't treat 3rd Party customers the same as thru their website, they should discontinue their contract with the 3rd party. I am not impressed.

Room was large and for being next to a major mall parking lot, very quite. Good value at summer rates.

This hotel is conveniently located to mall and restaurants and in a nice area. Felt safe in area. It was clean and beds were very comfortable. Staff was very helpful.

It was a short over night stay. Morning staff was topnotch. Nice mall within walking distance.
