BEST WESTERN Legacy Inn & Suites

Upon arrival we were put into the 'King' room at the front side of the Hotel. We inquired as to the odor outside and were told that the Hotel is located near a Dairy Farm. The reception was pleasant enough but the Hotel was unable to keep the cow odor from eminating into the room. We tried the A/C and that only made it worse. The traffic noise from out front as well as people chatter from the parked cars in the lot came right through toi the room as well. As if that wasn't enough - there is an airport closeby and the planes actually fly directly past the front of the hotel. The 2nd morning of a 3 night stay we asked to be moved at the back of the hotel. At least we would then be able to eliminate the plane, traffic, and people noise - if not possibly some of the dairy odor. There's a considerable amount of contruction that is set to be going to the rear of this property - but since it was the weekend - it was quiet there and much improved over the 1st night. This was a double queen room and everything was pretty much the same as room #1 except for the bed(s). The bathroom light fixture was/is poorly located and throws shadows when you're shaving or doing makeup. My spouse complained about the lighting. The water pressure in the sink is low enough to where it's difficult to clean out your triple blade razor. The hair dryers in both rooms need attention to their lint screens. Had I had a spare tootthbrush - I would have cleaned the screens myself. They were both full of lint thereby not allowing the maximum airflow. The closet clothes bar in the 1st room was installed backwards - which made it difficult to remove the hangers. The continental breakfast was pleasant as were all the staff. Smiles all around. There was no Sunday newspaper available at the hotel - so I walked to a nearby gas station to obtain. I'd perhaps stay there again - BUT - I cannot imagine how bad the odor gets during their 100+F days. And I'd not want to find out!

This is a newer hotel and it is overall a nice building but unless you like the smell of a cattle barn I wouldn't go there.

Nice new hotel. Clean rooms. Area is located near a dairy. Smelly.

The hotel was close to our airport, which was great, close by to area malls, restaurants, etc. We were in to look at property that was close by, so that was good. The maid staff was friendly, the front desk was not that friendly, the kitchen help was very nice, but the food was not very good. I guess it was fine for a couple of days. I would not stay here if it was for longer.

Hotel and staff were fine. The breakfast was the worst I have ever had. Over cooked scrambled eggs and a apple is hardly a breakfast. Have had the breakfast at other Best Westerns and they were fine. This was awful.

It was adequate for the price...very clean, good breakfast choices. Our room was a bit noisy from the floor above. It was a good location for us as we know the area and had family nearby. Close to fwy.

Room and bathroom much too small. A/C works okay but erratic. Breakfast, though somewhat limited offerrings, nicely presented and attendant helpful and pleasant. All personnel friendly and available when needed or approached. Traffic noise present but not a serious problem. Public areas adequate and attractive. Parking area accesible and convenient. We have stayed here before and plan to do so again.

good; hot breakfast; could use a bit more lighting so a person can dress, put on makeup outside of the bathroom.

Very accommodating, when we had problems with the TV in our first room, we were given a new room. They wanted us to have a good stay. It would have been nice to have a larger selection for breakfast choices.

Stayed for a night with family of four. Beds were very comfortable. The hotel has a small pool and a basic breakfast for people who aren't too picky (we were so went to the village inn which is 5 minutes away). The only major complaint is that the air conditioning unit kept turning on and off during the night -- probably should have played with the settings more and if we had stayed another night we probably would have fixed that.
