Great get away with the girls
A very large resort with beautifully landscaped property. All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Fresh, juicy oranges available every day in the lobby. On our last day we got a tour of the grounds on a golf cart. I don't think we would have been able to see the entire property on foot. Two great big pools, one with slides which adults along with the kids enjoyed. The room was massive, probably 800 to 1000 sq ft. For the ladies who love to shop, tones of shopping plazas and outlets close by. Definitely would go back to this resort. Nothing negative to say, it was all good:) and of course the weather was amazing!

Beautiful, can't wait to go back
This resort was immaculate. Not a blade of grass was out of place. And yet I didn't feel uncomfortable. I wish I had had more time to utilize the amenitie, or even sit on my little patio and read, looking out over the lawn. The bed was comfortable, and pillows fluffy. Luckily my family lives there so I'll have a chance to go back. It is a ways out from central Phoenix, but very relaxing.

Only needs updated rooms
The staff, the activities, and the grounds are outstanding at this resort! The only drawback was the outdated rooms. We did see new carpet being put in some rooms throughout the property, but the bathroom in our room was way old. Overall, it was a good deal.

Arizona Vacation
It was a great resort. Excellent amenities. Very friendly and helpful staff. The location was Litchfield Park which is about 30 minutes away from Phoenix. It took me about 40 minutes to get to Scottsdale. Great area for kicking up your heals and just enjoy the surroundings of the resort: tennis, red door spa, fitness center, golf, swimming or bocce ball. The resort add on fee of $20.00 everyday was a negative. Deb Phillips

Best Birthday Present ever!
I took my husband to Phoenix for a long weekend for his birthday as a surprise! I've never been to the Wigwam, and everything about it was wonderful. It was peaceful, quiet with lots to do if we wanted to take advantage!! We had massages at the Red Door Spa, rented bikes for a half day and rode all around the area, walked to dinner and had red drinks by the pool. It was awesome. We're already planning our next trip!

This hotel is a wonderful spot to stay. The staff is warm and welcoming as well as personable. The beautiful setting is relaxing and pleasing to the eye and spirit. Loved it!

The room were adequite, but could have used a sm. fridge and microwave. Rooms were spottyas to towels, working in-room display, mine was fine , but another in our family didn't have the same good fortune. The rooms are a little dated and could use a few upgrades to make the stay more enjoyable.
