Good place / bad service
I liked the location, but the hotel is falling apart. The hair dryer smelled of burned plastic. The fan in the bathroom was shutting off by itself (overheating?). The staff neglected to mention the breakfast or give us cards for it upon check in. The access code for the free Wi-Fi was not provided on check in, and the staff was not available when called later in the night, to find out what the code was.

Very BAD experience
Terrible experience! I chose the hotel because it was nearly 2X the cosy of other local hotels and I wanted a nice place to stay. I was assured that I would enjoy the hotel room which was lake front. They did not tell me it was a popular spring break location and that the students party all night (until 6 am) on the beach in front of my room. I complained about the unbelievable music and nearly 50 kids outside my door partying all night, drunk, loud and very rude. Motel 6 rooms are cleaner, more modern in every way.

Memorial Weekend
Our group of 20 decided to stay at the Nautical Beach Resort for the first time instead of our normal locatin of the London Bridge becuase we had 4 boats with us. This resort has a cove for docking, which was great. The rooms faced the Lake which was also great, however the rooms were horrible. The decor is ancient and not clean. There were dead and live nats, spiders and moths throughout upon checkin. When I called the front desk, they offered spray and sent me new sheets for me to change. This was not good considering I paid twice as much for my room as my friends, though I booked 5 months in advance. The linen was changed daily, but the bugs were not cleaned off the counters and everyday was a new batch of bugs for me to kill....NASTY. I stay at really nice resorts all over the world and for $190/night, I expect much more than what I experienced. The location is ok. It's across from the Naked Turtle Bar and the food/drinks were good. The new pool is nice, but they have way too many rules for you to really enjoy it. Only stay there if you can get it for less than $100/night.

the average
we booked and paid in full the perfect room down stairs with access out your back door to lake..but when we arrived they claim they had no reservation and the hotel was overbooked they said they had a handicap room. The keys never worked and in the evening a huge rat hanging around our front door yuck! we were there 3 days and our room was never cleaned until the morning we were checking out..

Not So Great
A single woman at this hotel is probably not a good idea. A lot of "party people" checking in. It was before spring break, so should have been fairly quiet. There was a lot of noise all night, so there was no sleeping, except intermittently. Upon checkout I complained about how much noise the people in the room above me made; astonishingly I was told there was no one in that room! Compared to other "upscale rooms", it rates poorly.

The Cove
This is my 5th time there always loved staying there for the beach. Now you can't put anything on the beach or swim in the cove unless you pay $50 for a spot on the beach. Had security tell me I could be in the visitor section around the corner even though I was staying there. Very disapointed this time. The rooms are not that great but I new that going there. We liked floating in the cove is why we stayed there. I can't do that anymore, so I will look for somewhere else to stay.

Disappointed!
When I booked this hotel, much like others who have reviewed it, I thought paying twice the average price meant paying for a nicer place to stay. I was wrong!!! Although the location is amazing, right on the lake and beautiful views, the room itself was awful!!! The linens were old, you could feel the springs in the bed and the bathroom was was so outdated. I wash my car with better towels than they provide for their visitors! This hotel is extremely overpriced!!!!!!! No noise protection from the party people outside at the bar. Please update your rooms!!! I felt dirty just being in it! Will not stay here again!

Resort on the Lake
Good location for a stay at Lake Havasu. The room was so-so, a typical inexpensive motel room, but clean. Great views of the lake and surrounding mountains from patio. A little noisy on the weekend as large boats just outside your window started their huge motors up early in the morning. Plus, a lot of people partying until late at night. We thought the rate quoted was pretty good until we got to the resort and they notified us there was an additional $12 per day resort fee. When I questioned it, they said that was a mandatory cost to cover the continental breakfast and internet services. But, in the web description there was no notice of a resort fee, and the breakfast was supposted to be included. I would recommend this resort to a fellow traveler with the warning about extra fees in addition to what's quoted.

Typical Havasu Hotel
The Hotel is right on the water which is perfect for boat owners who like to beach their boat for easy access. The Hotel itself is typical for Lake Havasu. Clean, but not so much that you worry about getting a little sand on the carpet, older buildings except for the timeshare units, a so-so restaurant, a market for ice and drinks and a very cool bar!
