Nice get away,for the price
Great time nice location ,center of town ,close to all bars and resaurants...bed could of been a little softer..

Quiet, VERY basic room
The hotel is old but the room was clean, new carpet, paint etc. It was a basic room...as basic as you can get but it was quiet and I was able to sleep well.

Comfort, convenient & unbeatable price
Very courteous front desk, I was helped in finding information on activities. Hotel needs better soap and air freshener in the halls.

TERRIBLE STAY IN EVERY WAY
I was in havasu for spring break and was lucky that I had friends at other hotels because this hotel was terrible. The service was terrible, the furniture was terrible. The quality of everything in the hotel was terrible. I'm usually not that picky but I just felt dirty standing in the lobby. This is not a good hotel for a family, for spring breakers, or anyone that wants to feel welcome even just a little.
