Not a resort, it's a joke
Didn't honor room type. Murphy bed room smelly, old, 14" tv at least 15 yrs old. Supposedly going condo so clearly nobody there cares much about anything.

Room smelled bad when we entered. Air conditioning was limited to 73 degrees, you could not turn it down lower. Room was poorly laid out. For the price, and since this was listed as a resort, I was sorely disappointed. I have stayed at much better places for less.

Great hotel in the perfect location!!!
Room was clean and spacious. We actually got moved from a one bedroom studio to a one bedroom deluxe. The room had everything!!! Separate bedroom, large bath with jacuzzi tub and practically a full kitchen---refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher. Very impressed and great location. Right in the heart of Lake havasu and within walking distance of everything. Will definitely come back and stay here again.
