The hotel lobby was under construction which wasn't a huge deal, but it would have been nice to know that ahead of time. The relocated registration was a little hard to find. Staff were friendly though.
The hotel does need some sprucing up.
I enjoyed my stay at the Hampton. It was a very quiet hotel, which is unusual for this area. I have a 22 month old son who slept well at the hotel. I requested a crib the second night and the staff quickly found and delivered a crib to my room The
room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Also my boat was stored safely in the lot of the Hampton. In the past my boat has been damaged in other lots. Me , my husband and baby felt very safe and comfortable at the Hampton.
