Nice place, new, friendly

Great hotel, new. However, a train track ran next to the property with a train every 20 minutes... See full review

Not the best value

It was the worst night sleep I ever had in a hotel. There were train tracks practically in the parking lot and the train ran every 30 minutes. The room was big, roomy had a comfortable bed working tv and air conditioner but that was about it! No basics- pens, paper, box of tissue,NOT EVEN A COFFEE MAKER!! I paid $49.00 before tax through orbitz and when I got there the sign said $32.95! Icing on the cake was the big black bug. No question will not stay at this hotel chain again.

worst night ever

the room was expensive compared to the room quality and when i walked in to it it smelt very bad! Like the carpets were moldy. then they offered to put me in another one that smelt even worse. their solution was a can of spray which did not work. the towels were crunchy, the pillows were hard and so was the bed. I woke up with a kink in my neck. they had a continental breakfast with the lowest quality produces at the grocery store you could get.like the value brand stuff at Fry's. I will never stay there again....

Price / value ratio does not fit

Hotelroom was quite dirty, we found a cockroach in the bath after entering the room. Breakfast was the worst of all hotels we have stayed during our USA trip. only positive: room is quite big, but my girlfriend haven“t slept this night.

sorry to ruin the perfect rating

America's Best Value it may be, however, you'll have to endure the unusual moldy smell and the lack of internet availability in some rooms. The lobby was surprisingly modern as were the bathrooms, but the bed was like bedrock. The few clientele that were staying there, were quite loud the following morning. We did not try the complimentary breakfast, but it was a nice touch for the extremely low rate, as was the in room fridge and microwave. The pool looked like it would be nice...too bad it was closed due to it being December and the freakish ice storm that hit the area.

Dining tip: Short drive from hotel

Denny's has reliably good service and food just on the other side of the highway. We've eaten there several times on the drive to/from Vegas. Tip well, they deserve it!!

Just okay

The staff was very good about whatever they could do to help us. I wanted to take a bath but the tub wouldn't hold water and the shower was that kind that is like a powerful mist & you couldn't change it. There was no in-room coffee but you could get coffee in the lobby. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Clean and affordable

Choose this location as other hotels were price gouging in conjunction with an event in Laughlin. Hotel room phone was dead. HBO inconsistent, scrabbled and when it came in sound was hit and miss. mostley missed. Room neat and clean, professional and nice staff.
