This Magnuson Hotels affiliate is located near Mohave County Fairgrounds, Kingman Municipal Golf Course, Route 66 Museum, Mohave Community College, Hualapai Mountain County Park and Lake Mohave. The Magnuson Hotel Kingman offers guests an outdoor pool, free Continental breakfast served from 7 am to 10, free high-speed wireless Internet access, guest laundry, business center, free parking with room for large vehicles and small pets are accepted with additional charges. DIRTY

Cigarette butts behind the night stand in this Non Smoking room. Large cockroach, thankfully dead, on the bathroom floor when I arrived. Beadspread dirty. Overall, just plain dirty.

Price / value ratio does not fit

Hotelroom was quite dirty, we found a cockroach in the bath after entering the room. Breakfast was the worst of all hotels we have stayed during our USA trip. only positive: room is quite big, but my girlfriend haven´t slept this night.

worst night ever

the room was expensive compared to the room quality and when i walked in to it it smelt very bad! Like the carpets were moldy. then they offered to put me in another one that smelt even worse. their solution was a can of spray which did not work. the towels were crunchy, the pillows were hard and so was the bed. I woke up with a kink in my neck. they had a continental breakfast with the lowest quality produces at the grocery store you could get.like the value brand stuff at Fry's. I will never stay there again....

Good Location - Overpaid

The location has intense competition for the traveler, so the hotels seem to be cutting prices. So, when I saw a sign as i entered the motel proclaiming a $40 rate, I was not happy with the $60 I had paid to [...]. That aside, the place was obviously well-managed and had nice facilities. The result was that I enjoyed my stay.

room rate not as promised

made reservation over orbit for 2 queen beds and when checked in was told only 1 king bed was available at promised rate. had to pay extra for correct room type. Not good for a business trip!

Not the best value

It was the worst night sleep I ever had in a hotel. There were train tracks practically in the parking lot and the train ran every 30 minutes. The room was big, roomy had a comfortable bed working tv and air conditioner but that was about it! No basics- pens,paper,box of tissue,NOT EVEN A COFFEE MAKER!! I paid $49.00 before tax through orbitz and when I got there the sign said $32.95! Icing on the cake was the big black bug. No question will not stay at this hotel chain again.
