Decent Hotel
Decent hotel. Breakfast was very simple. They only had bagels that were prewrapped and cereal.

End of summer get away
I was surprised at the extra's in the room,such as Microwave and mini fridge/freezer! Room was comfortable, beds were perfect and extra pillows without requesting them. However,I was quite upset to find that the spa was empty and out of service, I kinda booked here based on the fact they had a spa..without prior notification on their site,it's obvious it will be out of service for some time..and they dont let anyone know. Over all..I was satisfied,kids were very happy here!

Nice but you pay for parking
We were there for a day and it was a comfortable stay for 5 people. Location is nice. You pay for the parking (~$7) but it is expected.

Grand Canyon Climber
Very Friendly Service!
The man who checked us in was very friendly and didn't hesitate to bring a roll-away promptly. The breakfast was just right to get us on our way. I would definately return to this hotel.

Desk clerk polite and efficient, though appeared stressed and very tired. When asked, hadn't had a day off for over 7 days but "need to work". Staff cordial. Cleaning staff did best they could with poor carpet and bedspread etc. Not a rennovated room by any means. Stale smelly room. Tub badly stained, so didn't use. Sponge bathed. Linens and towels clean and had soap etc.

Horrible. Horrible, Horrible
Requested a Handicapped room, given room on second floor with no elevator Even called to make request. Given room on ground floor, very small, double beds instead of queen. Old lumpy mattress and pillows. Dirty tiny bathroom. Room # 120 - HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience! My daughter is in a wheelchair with cerebral plasy, nothing accesible. Bathroom so tiny you could not sit on the toilet and close the bathroom door, door would hit you knees. No bars in bathroom!!!Room so tiny had to get second room, better rate from the hotel direct. Paid $63.00 + tax with [...]. Got $54.00 rate at front desk on second room.

Everything worked
Nice get away from our home yet right in the middle of town should we need anything. Needed 2 front tires when I got there a was dierected to a Big-O tires about a mile down the road. Everything is around that Day Inn..
