Red Feather review

Red Feather lodge was reasonable in meeting our needs. The staff were extremely helpful in anything we needed. It is a very convenient location. The rooms were average. The pricing is a bit higher for the place.

Stay @ Red Feather Lodge

This is a very clean, comfortable hotel in close proximity to the Grand Canyon National Park. They have a coffee service available 24hrs / day and are in easy walking distance to several restaurants. The desk lady went out of her way to page (wake up) my friend to pick me up after my Grand Canyon hike.

Grand Canyon Experience.

This hotel is about five minutes from the South entrance to the Grand Canyon - would suggest that visitors buy their entrance ticket ahead of time. Reasonably priced rooms. Clean, comfortable beds - I found the pillows a little too firm. Front desk staff were competent but a few smiles would not go amiss. Would recommend this as a good choice for families and seniors, as there is an elevator to the upper floors.

Stay somewhere else

Don't flush the toilet. They use reclaimed water which will fill your entire room with a strong sulfur smell. Don't bother going in the spa. Really needed a skimmer at minimum, but all the nasty floaters remained. Bed was unbearably firm, my shoulder is still sore. The Tube TV in our room had a piercing buzz which made it unwatchable. Price was waaaaaaay too high for what it was.

Cross Country Trip

I would highly recommend this motel to anyone visiting the Grand Canyon. It is very close to the Canyon entrance, good restaurants in the area, and some fun shopping . What impressed me most about the Red Feather Lodge is the cleanliness in the rooms, hallways, and lobby. The staff seemed to be cleaning at all times and paid attention to detail. I would highly recommend the Imax to view the history of the canyon. A discount coupon is given to each guest at check in. They do not offer breakfast but coffee is available. There are enough places to grab a full or quick breakfast in the area.

Good place to stay near GC

While a bit overpriced, which can be expected in the area around Grand Canyon, the hotel was a good stay.

Great location!

I think this hotel is the closest one to the park. There was nothing wrong with the room, and the price was very reasonable. We got a coupon for a mexican restaurant next to the hotel, which was a plus!
