Fantastic, only few notes

Room was perfect. Heating - very good. Stuff - knowledgeable and understanding. Location - perfect (near IMAX and entrance to the Grand Canyon park, lots of shops and cafes nearby). They gave us a room on the ground floor, near the entrance - it was perfect having 2 children and a smoking person in our family. Nice room, comfortable beds. No breakfast in hotel. tea maker - in room, microwave - only in a lobby :( Less expensive than hotels in the park. Free of charge: parking + internet.

Great option for the Grand Canyon

We stayed a couple nights just to see the Grand Canyon and didn't want to spend the money to stay in the park. The location was really convenient. The staff was quite nice and the hotel was what I expected... not 5 star but not too cheap of a hotel.

Location location location

The room was clean and basic. A bit spendy for what it was but, it got the job done. Super close to the park entrance and that convenience is worth it.

Nice clean hotel...staff unpleasant

Great location from Grand Canyon, restaurants nearby, clean roooms, late check in, staff was not very friendly. Ask about free breakfast and was told "We don't serve breakfast here" after I saw previous couple recieve free breakfast certificates. I really don't mind if there was a special situation that they recieved the coupons but to tell me they did't serve breakfast when there was a restaurant in the hotel...inexcusable.

Great location for the price!

It was the perfect location for our Grand Canyon trip. It was within walking distance to several shops as well as places to eat. We took a helicopter ride with Maverick Helicopter over the canyon, the hotel made the arrangements and saved us a little money. Would recommend to anyone.
