perfect canyon experience

From the friendly, helpful people at registration to the wonderful room, this was an excellent hotel. I was very impressed with the total experience including the location as it is very close to the canyon and the price of the room. It was a real value. If I am get by that way again, I will definitely stay there.

A Great Place To Stay!!!

This was a perfect choice for us. After a full day at Grand Canyon it was nice to have such a short drive to this hotel. The staff was great, it's located right next door to the IMAX theater and caught the Grand Canyon movie on our way out in the morning.

We decided to eat across the street at the Mexican restaurant. Food was good but very expensive for Mexican lunch.

Above Average

We stayed there for just a night. The rooms are decent, the only not so good thing was NO complimentary breakfast which they used to have earlier.

Pretty good

We spent two nights here. The room was very comfortable and clean. Staff was fine, we had read reviews where they were unfriendly but I thought this was just the way they were, neither unfriendly or over friendly. The location was perfect and the room was very clean. People also said the hotel was very expensive but any resort or tourist area we have gone too has been overpriced. That is just the way it is. Had a good time, ate at the restaurant, all was good. The only real drawback of the place was you had to go outside before you could get inside the hotel. So if you wanted to get in the hot tub, which wasn't very warm, you had to go outside with a wet bathing suit. or to the restaurant etc. maybe not bad in the summer but it was 4 degrees and snowing when we got there.
