No good

Worse room of our entire holiday, for $160 very small and stuffy and with broken toilet flush. Eventually we were given another room. Not really value for money maybe a 2 starts rather than 3.

Horrible Service, Horrible Room, Horrible Value

The room was so small it was painfully obvious that it had been a utillity closet converted into a room that would simply squeeze out more revenue. Directly across the hall from the room's door (about 5 feet away) were an ice machine and soda vending machine which naturally caused lots of noise. And one wall of the room was made up of a large window directly outside the main path from the parking lot to the interior rooms causing even more noise to flood into the room. When contacting the front desk we were told by the manager Sierra that there was nothing they could do apart from charging us an additional $50 for another room. Otherwise, it was our problem, not theirs. This shoebox of a room with unacceptable noise levels cost us more than the luxury room we had in Las Vegas. We will never stay here again and will advise everyone we come across to stay very clear of this place.

Great hotel. Very clean, very close to Grand Canyon and plenty of extras. On the last leg of a 6 state vacation and this hotel was the best of all of them.

You are paying for the location, the room was nothing special.

Definately not premiere. We have stayed at many standard Best Westerns that were just as good or better. Table and chairs in room were wedged in a corner and couldn't be used. There was a make up vanity that would have been useful with a sink. There were dead potted plants around the building. Could have used an elevator and Ice machines on every floor.

Grand Canyon

You can't beat the location! The town is small and geared towards visitors to the Grand Canyon, but the people are very friendly. Only a mile from the national park. The rooms are a tad cozy, but the amenities are great. Arcade, bowling alley, and steakhouse all onsite. The staff is very friendly. I would chose this hotel again, without hesitation.

Dining tip: Short walk from hotel

There is two of everything in this town, in regards to food. Avoid the Plaza Bonita and the Yippie o yea Steakhouse.

Close to the Park Entrance

I would have rated this hotel much higher if it weren't for one experience. My husband and I arrived back at the room at 3pm to change for dinner. The room had not been made up yet but the cleaning ladies asked if we would like our room made up. We said yes. One of the staff asked if we wanted the beds changed. We said no and went downstairs to give them time to clean. When we returned, the only thing that had been done was the bathroom towels had been replaced. The staff had not even left additional toiletries and the beds hadn't even been straightened. Otherwise, this hotel was quite nice and very close to the Park entrance.

Dining tip: Short drive from hotel

Head into the Park to dine! The Arizona Room at the Angel Bright Hotel and the El Tovar Hotel are both worth the trip in if you're looking for decent food.
