Overpriced for a dirty room

Overnight stay to visit the Grand Canyon. Rooms, especially the bathroom were not clean. Shampoo, conditioner and soap were in dispensers. Dimly lit, overpriced for a 4:00 checkin and an 11:00 am checkout.

Grand Canyon Best Western

Hotel is a great loction for visiting the Canyon. We would stay there again if we make another visit to the area. It was overpriced but the best option in the area.

The "We Make Pizza" shop was recommended by the hotel clerk. We tried it for take out and it was terrible and over $20 for a medium pizza. Stick with the Pizza Hut located in the IMAX. The hotel did have a great breakfast buffet.

Not That "Grand."

Great Location but we had a less than satisfactory experience because of cold showers and a very below average breakfast buffet.

Glad we chose this hotel

Really nice quiet room. We requested a room for a person with a disability, but got a room with the deep bathtub that was hard for my husband to get in and out. But I loved the staff and the location.

Comfort and Convenience WOW!

Having a shuttle to take us directly to the canyon was great. All we had to do was get up, have a wonderfully delicious continental breakfast, go outside and pick up the shuttle and be on our way. No long drives up or back. When we were through, we were back to the comfort of our room with its over sized bath tub, went to the sportsbar, ordered a meal and relaxed.

Canyon Adventure Tour. It includes an airplane flight to Page, AZ (leaving the Tusayan airport at 6:00 AM and flying eastward over the Grand Canyon--gorgeous views); a guided tour of Antelope Canyon near Page; a 3-4 hour raft trip down Glen Canyon to Lee's Ferry; and then a bus trip back to the Tusayan airport (after stopping at a Navajo Trading Post in Cameron), returning home around 6:00 PM. This day trip was a bit pricey (at around $350 per person), but well worth the money.
