Good Inexpensive Hotel
We stayed here for two nights when we attended the Fiesta Bowl near-by. It was only 12 miles from University of Phoenix Stadium. The hotel is relatively well maintained, and our room was very clean. The staff was polite and helpful. There are several good places to eat within walking distance, as well as a Starbucks. If I'm in the area, I'll definitely stay there again.

Nerd on a Mission
Nice Place
This is a top quality 3-star hotel. Clean. Friendly Staff. Good Location. I will stay here again. I marked the Amenities with 3 stars because the pool is not luxurious at all. It's located at the back of the building, next to the parking lot. Other than that, this is a nice hotel.

Family of 4
We were able to check in early which was perfect for our 2 little boys to rest up after a very early morning. Never had to worry about our 1 yr old getting hurt, the room was pretty much "baby proof". We made very few changes to the room for him. Staff was very friendly at all times and the breakfast options were really good. Pool area was very clean and by far the warmest pool we were in while there! Overall view, exactly what my family needed for our trip!

Just Me
Short trip to AZ
We only had a few days to spend in Arizona and chose Holiday Inn Express for the location (near family members). The hotel is convenient to lots of restaurants and shopping as well as the highway. It's also very well maintained and quite comfortable. The few staff members we met were friendly and helpful and really made us feel welcome. Holiday Inn Express is a great value.

The Black Angus located just across the parking lot of the adjacent strip mall, has fantastic food and a great staff. We went twice during our short stay!

Vacation and family wedding trip
We love the location of the hotel, the staff could not have been nicer to us. Breakfast was good and thankfully, had fruit! The beds were so comfortable and the entire hotel and rooms were pretty and clean!! Thank you so much for that! The only drawback was our tub would not hold water, so I didn't get to enjoy the water jets and the commode would not fill up, so we had to take the top off of the tank and pull up the float so it would work, and one of the lamps socket was loose and blew the blub as soon as we turned it on and one side of the coffee pot lid was broken. Maintenance must be short handed?

Lovely hotel, friendly courteous staff
The location of this hotel is excellent for my purposes. Although it is fairly close to I-10 my room was quiet and peaceful. My daughter and grandchildren live not ten minutes away and I was in Phoenix for a graduation. There are restaurants, convenience store and a mini-mall within a two block radius (Cracker Barrel is next door and Target is within walking distance). One thing I didn't see was computer access/WiFi although I didn't ask. However,it was not listed in room literature. This would have made my rating five star! Lovely experience!

Great Experience
We were in the Phoenix area for the BCS Championship game. The entire staff was exceptionally nice, friendly, and bent over backward to be helpful in any way. There was no room for improvement in my estimation. A+ for the Holiday Inn Express at Goodyear!
