Trip to Grand Canyon
The room was filthy. Non-smoking rooms were all booked. So we got a smoking room. They must have held 20 chain smokers in the room for 20 days and twenty nights. Without ever opening the door. Two of our fellow travelers were smokers and they gagged when when we entered the room. The bathroom was disgusting. No showers here....we wanted out. Bad night of sleep due to air (or lack of). Never again in this place.

nice clean hotel
We only stayed at this hotel for one night, but it was very clean and the front office staff was quite helpful. Breakfast was good - standard continental items. We'd definitely stay here again for a short visit.

quick stop off in Flagstaff
My son and I were taking a trip to Colorado and didn't leave Phoenix until after 6pm, I booked the room at the Super 8 so we could get some shut eye and continue on the next morning. The room was average. We really didn't spend too much time there. If you were staying in Flagstaff, it's relatively close to the mall. But i viewed this option as more of a quick stop, then a place I'd stay for a long vacation...

Decent place for the price!
We stayed in Flagstaff for the night to enjoy the bike trails. Coming back to the room was just okay after long bike rides. The mattresses were not comfortable at all and the pillows were very lumpy, but the room was spacious and very clean except for the normal wear and tear. We would stay here again if this was the best deal in town, otherwise we will look for different place...

A Hole with New Paint Job by Train Trax
Make no mistake about it folks...I consider this place an absolute hole. It may have a new paint job, but a hole is a hole. It is located just across the street from really, really busy train tracks that run all hours day and night. Our room carpets were so dirty that after a few minutes of walking around in the hotel room with bare feet, I left two black foot prints in the bath tub when I went to take a shower.

Good for a overnight stopover
We stopped here overnight following a visit to the Grand Canyon. The staff was very friendly and the location was convenient. However, we had a room on the ground floor near the ice maker so we could hear guests as they walked the halls ans used the ice-maker. Also, the rooms may have been recently redone, but the linens were not newer and the carpets were worn. The breakfast left much to be desired as it was very limited and not a well balanced as there was no fruit or protein offered in any form. Overall, the hotel was clean and served it's purpose.
