Decent, clean, no bells or whistles.

When I visited, in January 2012, the motel was clean and the staff scarce. There were problems with magnetic key cards, which often malfunctioned.

Ramada West

Pros - Location, easy to get to, lots of restaurants and stores close by. Breakfast was decent - much more than I thought with hot foods included. Beds were surprisingly comfortable. Some of staff were super friendly (guy that brought extra blankets, pillows at night was great!) Cons - Room location was right next to storage and maid service - it was difficult getting past all boxes, maid carts, etc. every time we entered/exited. Icy sidewalks were dangerous! Needed more attention paid! Rooms were tiny. Hot water was difficult to regulate and/or non-existent. Girls at front desk were inadequate service-wise.

Hard Bed

The price was good. It was nice that there was a microwave and a small refrigerator. The bed was way too hard and uncomfortable. The room we stayed in was right next to the highway, so you can hear all the cars and TRUCKS passing by. It was hard to sleep.

Weary travelers

We were ready to relax, and we did quite nicely at this hotel. It's in an area that's close to a lot of stores and restaurants, but is a much better price than many of the other hotels in that area.
