Noisy, seemingly old hotel, didn't have enough towels

Noisy: kids couldn't sleep the whole night because of noise made by people outside. Towels: there were not enough towels in the room and the front desk had no extra either.

Ok for passing through

I managed to get this hotel at a really good price. It wasn't the greatest but I was happy to get it for the price. It seemed a bit old. We enjoyed having the complimentary breakfast but it was minimal. It seemed to be close to everything but Flagstaff isn't that big.

do not stay

Cheap hotel but it is old and dirty... I do not recommend for family traveler. Also, do not use laundry room because it is lcoated back of the building where homeless people stay. I checked out around 0830hrs, but front desk staff was sleeping on the desk...

Barely Passable

Stained pillow cases and sheets, one hand towel for four guests, dirt and mold in bathroom corners, sticky something on carpeting. Ramada has really gone downhill.

Price was fair

Rooms were clean. Price was right. No real complaints, a little dated, ice machine didn't work but the clerk set us up.

Needs a rehaul. Really.

Ramada's are usually a bit more upscale than our usual road trip hotel stops. This one, however, was definitely down the scale. The carpet was filthy, the NONSMOKING room smelt overwhelmingly of stale smoke - so much that we had to go buy some Febreeze. The bathroom was handicapable, which would be quite nice for a handicapped person, which we weren't. The bars and wide seat made it quite difficult to get to the shower.

Ramada Inn East, Flagstaff

Value for money, but don't expect anything approaching luxury. Beds and pillows were very soft; room a bit small; bath in need of a complete overhaul; pool too dirty to use. Breakfast was surprisingly good and the rest of the hotel was clean.

Family vacation

This was the best room by far on our 5-day trip to Arizona! The room was spacious and clean, the hotel was right off of I-40, and the complimentary breakfast spread was lavish and good.
