Just what you expect

Old motel along the rail way tracks, as is most of the motels in Flagstaff. Easy to find and located near good dinning and freeway. Don't drink the coffee, go to McDonalds around the corner.

Poor customer service...

the city shut off the gas so there was no hot water in the morning for a shower, but the hotel didn't notify guests, so we found out on our own when we called the desk to report no hot water. The manager never showed up to handle the complaints of not having hot water and the front desk staff just said "it's not our fault it is the city's fault.". Very disappointed in the lack of response to thus situation by the hotel. Customer service shod bs a priority for a hotel!

Just ok...

I wanted to take my mom who was visiting from Massachusetts to the Grand Canyon. While she was visiting me in Tempe she stayed at the Hampton Inn in Phoenix (which was great!) but for the same price, this hotel did not compare. We chose it based on the fact that it had a pool and a complimentary continental breakfast, but the pool was freezing and the breakfast was horrible. They had run out of coffee and orange juice by the time we reached the lobby at 7:30 am, so we were left to pick over a few crusty English muffins and some cold cereal. Next time we will try one of the other hotels in that area (there are so many!)

Ramada Flagstaff East Review

The room was small, and there was some rotting behind the wood in the bathroom. The price was very good, and we were only staying the night. But I would not have stayed at this hotel for a longer period of time, even at the low price.

Nice location away from business intersection.

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The only problem we had was the shower (off/on vs hot/cold) does not indicate. Needs to be updated
