Average

Hotel was average and good for a one night stay. Minimal Exits/Stairs for 2nd floor. Must walk out of your way to get to your room. Inconvenient in the pouring rain!

Ok for passing through

I managed to get this hotel at a really good price. It wasn't the greatest but I was happy to get it for the price. It seemed a bit old. We enjoyed having the complimentary breakfast but it was minimal. It seemed to be close to everything but Flagstaff isn't that big.

Blah - nothing to write home about

There was no coffee pot in room. Only one wash cloth and hand towel knowing 2 people were checking in. Only put one night on keys - suppose to be 2 so the second night we could not gain entrance had to have reset. No hot water on second morning at 8:00 a.m. - could not take showers. Outside appearance of motel needs much attention. Very outdated in many respects.

Great location - close to everything you need from dining, good location to view Christmas lights and close by Walmart.

Not a good value

We had to move to three different rooms. The first room (206) had a live spider in the bedding and one hanging down from the ceiling. And the window latch on a first floor room was broken. The second room (202) had the light burnt out in the bathroom and the phone was broken. We accepted the third room (210) when she brought in a missing lamp and replaced batteries in the tv remote; the wall above the shower had water damage and an actual hole. I would suggest corporate Ramada make a secret guest visit and assess for themselves. The front desk clerk was embarrassed and did her best to make it right.

Not as described

The pictures on line do not reflect the age nor condition of this property. When we arrived at our room maintenance was already there working on the toilet. The in room refrigerator was situated on a wall with no outlet, the maintenance man moved it next to the bed and plugged it in with the nightstand lamp. The hotel is located very close to a busy train crossing.

do not stay

Cheap hotel but it is old and dirty... I do not recommend for family traveler. Also, do not use laundry room because it is lcoated back of the building where homeless people stay. I checked out around 0830hrs, but front desk staff was sleeping on the desk...

Better Days Past

While clean enough, a good price and location, this motel has seen better days....there was no coffee machine in the room as indicated on the reservation (and no move to get us one). The door frames were loose and in need of repair, the sheets no longer fit the bed well, and the promised WiFi was intermittent at best which was frustrating to say the least...no real explanation for that one, either.

Quick night in Flagstaff

Nothing spectacular about the room but the price is good and its conveniently located near the freeway. Really helpful staff at the front desk!

Is this really the Ramada Brand?

Arrived as planned. Front reception was pleasant enough. Could tell it was an older facility. Adequate for overnight stay only. Minimum supply of linens were not in the room. Visable water damage to the ceiling of the room, carpet well worn , keep socks on at all times. Furnishings are ready to be replaced. Breakfast available without regard to food safety. Yogurt and boiled eggs not in ice trays, milk set out on counter not refrigerated. Other items were adequate for consumption - cereal, pastries. Was just to tired to go some place else but not here again.
