Pretty much what I expected from a Motel 6
We were attending an evening wedding in Flagstaff. We just needed a room to shower and sleep in. We only have 1 incident when we returned to our room at midnight the keys would not work. Flagstaff did have a power outage earlier that evening, so we are giving the benefit of doubt to the motel that is why our keys didn't work. The only other issue I have with Motel 6 is that the towels are the roughtest ever. They really need to invest in a little fabric softener.

NAU aunt
Adequate for a night
The location and value are a plus. Beds are uncomfortable and the low cost reflects "no frills;" bring your own shampoo if necessary. Even though minimal towels are in the room, the staff was more than willing to provide extras if you request them. All in all, for a night or two, the accomodations are adequate.

Super-Close To The Pepsi Amphitheater
The friendly staff let us check in early so that we could drop off our belongings and get ready for our day at the High In The Pines Indie Music Festival. It was very hot and the air conditioning unit worked great. The remoding was evident with the faux wood floors, vanity area and the shower. Nicer than the Motel 6 back in the day. The downsides were a stain on one of the bedspreads, the sink was stuck shut and had standing water in it when we arrived and after walking around barefoot on the faux wood floor for a couple of minutes, I discovered hair that was not mine, on the bottom of my feet. We pried the sink stopper open with an acrylic nail file and left the stopper out during our stay. I had brought my own bedding so I stripped the bed except for the flat sheet and used my own comforter, sheets and pillow. As for the dirty floor, I just left my sandals on and kicked them off each time I wanted to use the bed. I am a little OCD but I still found the room comfortable for my needs.

Short drive from hotel
To access Fort Tuthill/Fairgrounds/Pepsi Amphitheater super-fast, turn right out of the motel and then another right at the first light which is Beulah Blvd./Highway 89A. This lightly travelled road takes you right to the entrance in about 5 minutes.

Motel Minus 6
This is an old motel and the place looks like it. I think the beds were the originals from when it first opened, and they were very uncomfortable. The showerhead was cracked and made it difficult to shower. Good points: Decent area of the city. It was fairly clean. Spend just a little more for a better place that will probably be offset with a free breakfast.

There are some good eats with in a short distance from the motel. There are also some much better accomidations just around the corner and down the street.

We were there to fish and they let us use extra spots for our truck and boat parking. Very professional front desk.

Very close to NAU south campus entrance
Was in Flag for Parrents Weekend at Northern AZ Univ weekend of 10-15-2010 Room was recently fully refurbished, interesting bamboo/vinyl flooring. Bring your own shampoo and coffee. I'll stay there next year for same weekend.

Best Budget Motel in Town
Nice folk at the front desk. Recently renovated rooms that were clean and smelled great. Don't expect lots of frills. It's an inexpensive motel that delivered a nice night's sleep. Pool was clean and fun, too!

not so clean
the stay was ok, however the bedding sheets had some kind of stain on them the shower had weird brown spots on the floor.also there was only one spot for parking left when we returnrd to the hotel for the night.

Rooms were ok, and clean.
We were not in the room very much but for the most part it was ok. There was NO parking when we got home late and had to park in Fire Zone?
