Comfy and Affordable

They cannot help the train whistle at 2AM, and the breakfast and nice dining room made up for that minor distraction. I liked the internet access at the office and they were SO busy but never, ever rude. Pool was nice and warm and the room was very quaint.

Lots of improvements

New mgmt has taken over this hotel and is working hard to improve the amenities. The breakfast was fabulous and a special shout out to Adrian who provided superior customer service and made and delivered my waffle to my table. Made for a pleasureable experience.

Unbeatable price, nice location

The service was very friendly, the rooms were clean and updated, they had a free social hour in the evening, a nice hot breakfast, free internet in the rooms and clean lobby with computers and free internet. The pool is medium sized and clean. The only downside, was the floor boards above us (we were on the 1st floor) were extremely noisy. If they fixed those it would be nice and quiet. We will definitely stay there again. It's also in walking distance to the downtown area.

Very Comforting

Staff said "Hello" as soon as I walked in and pulled out and finished the paperwork right away. Kindly directed us to our room and gave us info on where to get our Breakfast the next morning. Answered every question I had and even got me a Taxi in no time flat so I could enjoy the night life in Flagstaff! Will definitely stay here again!

Nightlife tip: Short drive from hotel

A short $4 Taxi ride to Old-Town Flagstaff (downtown) and you got the night life right in front of you! Definitely fun.

Room was a little above average, but perks were Gr8!

The room was clean though a bit outdated. Don't get a room downstairs by the stairway. There were "elephants" or so it seemed, running up and down the stairs until midnite! The happy hour and breakfast were nice..make sure you take advantage of these perks! All in all, I would stay again!

Good room for the price!

Great room for the price! The only bad part is that it is right next to the train tracks and trains run all night long - hard to sleep.
