Great Location

The Inn Suites was in a very good location, right on the local hwy. Very easy access to Old Town Flagstaff shopping and visitor center. We were upgraded to an executive suite, which was just great. It had two full bathrooms, one off the bedroom and the other off the living room. I never realized how that convience could help a vacation seem so much more relaxing. There were two TV's and two suitcase stands. Wonderful!

Great surprise for us!

While on vacation, we stayed at four different hotels, the Hotel Aspen was by far the best of them all.. the rooms were very clean and the pillow top mattress was so very comfortable!!! The staff were all friendly and helpful, the breakfast was complete and we completely enjoyed the social hour!! This was the best!!! I had not used [...]before and this was such a treat to find this hotel, I never would have found without!!!

Awesome Experience!

The outside appearance of the hotel is deceiving! It is way, way better when we saw our room! The room was clean and pretty large. The sheets and pillow cases were clean. Their customer service is FANTASTIC. The breakfast had eggs, sausage patty, and lots of other choices with excellent service! The price we paid was a STEAL, worth twice what we paid! Wi-fi was fast. Really nothing to complain.

Great value, very nice staff! Will stay again

The Aspen Inn and Suites have extremely friendly staff. They have wonderful beds, quite comfortable especially after a long drive. It was a quiet area, even though it was near a major roadway. They offer a nice morning buffet. Will definately stay again in the future.
