weekend trip

good location good staff but not the room... the profile picture looks very pretty, but it is not the same thing what you would see there, also the price is a little bit high for the room like that.

not the nicest nor cheapest motel in town.

I stayed at this place for a night hoping it was a great place due to its high price but noticed it was an old motel. As soon as I turned on the heater it started to smell like burned. I realized the heater was like 40 years old and the room in general was very tiny. The only nice thing about this motel was the staff which was very friendly and the great breakfast offered for free. So if you are planning on going to the grand canyon in the last minute and can't find better options stay here but be aware it's not the nicest nor cheapest place in town.

Good deal

The staff was very friendly. The building was older but the rooms clean and comfortable. Conveniently located near downtown Flagstaff. My only complaint was the parking lot was a bit cramped. Overall a very good deal for what you're getting.

Don't Stay Here

It was gross! The only reason I decided to stay here is because it was walking distance to downtown Flagstaff. I would never stay here again, yuck!

Sightseeing tip: Not Applicable

If going to the Grand Canyon, stay closer than Flagstaff if possible. It is a good hour drive from Flagstaff to the canyon and other parks.

A good base but nothing special

This is a large hotel with some really good amenities. Many of the rooms are tired but they are in the middle of an upgrade so it was luck as to what you got. Breakfast was free and a pleasant experience and the staff overall were extremely helpful. They had a happy hour too which was a nice touch. Overall a good experience but don't expect anything too flash.
